“the curious paradox is that when I accept myself as I am, then I can change”

What is Mindfulness & Compassion Based Therapy?

I will support you to live more freely, wholeheartedly and with greater ease.

Combining my 20+ years of clinical experience with an embodied understanding of mindfulness (MBSR) and self-compassion (MSC) I offer an effective integration of Self-Compassion in Therapy (SCIP), Buddhist psychology, mind-body resources, grounded in the Person-Centred Approach. With me you will develop the capacity and supports to nurture your relationship with yourself, with others and with life as a whole. Sessions are one hour and weekly, with the option of bespoke meditations for in between sessions.

Why therapy?

Perhaps a particular event or experience has disturbed or unsettled you, recently or in the past. You may just feel that it’s time that you gave yourself the chance to try for a more satisfying and fulfilled life. Or perhaps simply you need to talk through your concerns confidentially with someone who isn’t a friend or family member. Whatever brings you to seek help, I will offer you a holistic, safe and effective way to gain insights and grow authentically.
