Ah, the good old days! Friendship with ourselves and each other is more necessary than ever…

A sense of connection is what we all long for. Because we are human mammals connection, in some form or other, soothes. It comforts us to know we are not alone in how we are feeling, that we are understood, that the ups and downs we are going through make sense…The loss of this is one of the aspects of the pandemic impact that is causing so much distress and pain.
Mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion are healing nurturing approaches that resource us to meet this need within ourselves, and then also for each other. Isn’t that more necessary now than ever?
I’m offering workshops and courses (new dates added) open to all, and plenty of opportunities to support your daily practice as we go into this uncertain autumn…online for now and hoping to offer face to face again soon…
