This retreat will focus on Mindful Self-Compassion, nourishing body heart and mind in beautiful surroundings and with delicious vegetarian food. Each day will include meditations familiar and new, combining stillness and movement. On retreat we build more stability and balance, making space for contentment, love and joy to arise. Suitable for anyone who has completed a mindfulness (MBSR, MBCT etc) or Mindful Self-Compassion course with me or any teacher.
