A retreat is a chance to discover Mindfulness and Self-Compassion more intensively or to deepen your existing practice, nourishing body heart and mind in beautiful surroundings and with delicious vegetarian food. Each day will include meditations familiar and new, combining sitting, yoga and Qi Gong based movement, walking, standing and lying down. On retreat we build more stability and balance, making space for contentment, love and joy to arise.
