An afternoon of nourishing guided mindfulness and mindful self-compassion for anyone whose completed an 8 week course ( MBSR/MBCT/MSC or equivalent) with me or elsewhere. Includes 2.30 hrs of silence followed by sharing with stillness and movement meditations, some themed teaching reflection, inspirational readings, tea and biscuits.
