Beyond beginners series

Overview
This new offering is for beyond beginners who have completed either an 8 week mindfulness or mindful self-compassion course with me or another teacher. Sign up for 4 online weekly sessions plus one Mini-Retreat afternoon (online or in person) to be resourced, refresh or deepen your practice. I am skilled in meditation mentoring and can support you however your practice is going. You are welcome to join classes twice a week if you like, either or both Wednesday and Friday sessions. 

Committing to a series of sessions (you are welcome to all 8 if you like) plus an afternoon retreat (choose any date in 12 month period) will keep you topped up or will refresh a regular practice. You are welcome whether you are meditating often or never, this will help you re-discover the value of the gift of practice to yourself, and others.

Come along to any of the sessions in the series, I’ll send a reminder before each session with zoom link for ease

Guided practice, support, learning, community. Each weekly session will include minimum of 2 meditations, some reflections around a theme, self and group reflection. The mini retreat afternoon includes longer periods of silence, more movement, walking and eating meditation. You can attend online or in person for the afternoons. Each cohort will be a minimum of 6 to run and a max of 12.
