Welcome to June! Not quite as we know it, and yet…I’ve been reflecting these last days how for all of us the last couple of months have been different – each in our own ways we have been impacted, our lives interrupted and disrupted. Some of those changes have been welcome, some may have been overwhelming and difficult to bare.
The depth of this crisis is hard to fathom, and yet as each of us finds ourselves here and now, whatever conditions we are facing there is the possibility of peace and freedom in presence. Where do we find ground, as the sands shift again, with easing of the lockdown for many but not all of us? My inclination is to take this slowly, with curiosity and care. There will be courses and workshops to come in the autumn but for now its TBC.

For those of you who have completed courses I continue to offer weekly sessions plus a retreat afternoon as we transition into this next phase. These practices of body-mind-heart wisdom are a such a source of nourishment, ease and comfort as we continue to find our way…I wish you and your families all be well, may we all go gently and kindfully in the moments to come…

This retreat is part of the current mindfulness course, and you are all welcome. Within an afternoon of silence and sharing there will be a variety of meditations including gentle movement, inspirational readings, (and your own tea and biscuits!) .
