An online opportunity to practice and connect with 2 guided meditations, some teacher reflections and group sharing. Held in a safe and inclusive way join us as you meditate in the comfort of your own home, with reminders and encouragements to support you going mindfully and heartfully. Everyone welcome, beginners and beyond beginners. Join us even if you can’t stay for the whole session.
MSC CIRCLES OF PRACTICE
The Center for Mindful Self-Compassion (CMSC) invites you to experience the transformative practice of Mindful Self-Compassion at these live, online, and completely free 45 min sessions. I mostly lead a session once a week (see my dates this month) but there are 3 daily 45-minute practice circles you are welcome to join, open to anyone, no experience required.
