Come to a Mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion Introductory Taster workshop to find out more about these life changing approaches to wellbeing. The format is workshop style with exercises, discussion, some didactic content and short guided meditations so you can begin to discover hands-on what mindfulness and self-compassion are.
Both Mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion are empirically shown to reduce stress, increase resilience and improve overall health and wellbeing. You will get an overview of the background and science alongside the underlying attitudes of these approaches and there will be plenty of opportunities for questions and discussion. You will leave with skills you can continue to develop and it’s also a useful introduction if you are thinking of joining an eight week course.
