ALL GRADUATES WELCOME!
These 3 hr sessions are open to anyone who has completed an MBSR/MBCT eight week course or equivalent (with Go Mindfully or elsewhere). I also run Mindful Self-Compassion Top Ups for those who have completed this 8 week program. These sessions are like a mini-retreat, a chance to reconnect with the benefits of mindfulness and self-compassion in a group context, whether you are managing any daily practice or none! Within a context of 2.30 hrs of silence followed by sharing I include various guided meditations, movement, some reflection on a theme, inspirational readings, tea and biscuits. Online there is a suggested contribution of £10 or in person its £50 for 3 Sessions or £20 each. If you have completed the mindfulness course already you are very welcome to come to the next All Day Retreat which will be part of the current mindfulness course.
