Go Mindfully Retreats are carefully crafted, developed from 20+ retreats since 2011, offering a creative blend of stillness and movement, indoors and outdoors, extended periods of silence as well shared reflection. All the guidance will support you in opening heart and mind to presence, safely and spaciously. There will be time around meal breaks for going on walks or resting. It’s a time for you to drop into more intimacy with your experience, awake to all of your senses, moment by moment…and enjoy.

Designed for those who have previously completed a mindfulness or mindful self-compassion course, this is a fantastic first or repeat retreat opportunity.

Venue info: Beautiful Emerson College is set in 22 acres of biodynamic botanical gardens, plentiful space for walks as well as fresh vegetables for the kitchen. Situated on the South Downs near Ashdown Forest, on the outskirts of the village of Forest Row in East Sussex its 30 miles from London and 30 mins from Gatwick, by train it’s an hour from Victoria Station to East Grinstead, then a 4 mile taxi or bus ride.

All single rooms with plentiful shared facilities, the early bird price £290.00 pp includes full board, delicious vegetarian food (special diets catered for) and all teaching.

Our mindfulness and self-compassion events are aimed at supporting your resilience and well-being in the midst of the inevitable challenges that life brings. The evidence base for the benefits of both approaches is compelling, as is the feedback from our considerable number of trainings and retreats over the years. We are unable to give guarantees as to how the retreat will impact you though, as this is dependent on so many factors. We do however commit to offer you kindness and support throughout, whilst you remain responsible for your own well-being. Given us full details of any concerns on the booking form helps us support you in this way form the start.

In the vast majority of cases your place will be confirmed on receipt of a completed application form and payment (either a deposit or full amount). In some circumstances it may not be advisable to attend retreat at a particular time in your life (eg in the midst of major upheaval, recent significant bereavement or trauma etc). If on receipt of your application any of these seems to apply we will contact you to discuss. In the event that taking the retreat might not be advisable, a full refund of any monies paid would of course be made. We are always happy to discuss if you are unsure whether to apply or have any particular queries before doing so. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days before the retreat – if pandemic restrictions are reimposed by the government and the retreat is consequently cancelled all monies will be returned to you.

A £100 .00 deposit will secure your place with balance due 6 weeks before the start of the retreat.
