These 3 hr sessions are open to anyone who has completed a Mindfulness or Mindful Self-Compassion course ( MBSR/MBCT/MSC eight week course or equivalent) with Go Mindfully or elsewhere. These sessions are a chance to reconnect with the benefits of mindfulness and self-compassion in a group context, whether you are managing any daily practice or none!
Deepen your practice and understanding or refresh and nourish when your practice feels like it’s gone a bit stale or just simply isn’t happening – its hard to do this all on our own. Within a context of 2.30 hrs of silence followed by sharing I include various guided meditations, movement, some teaching reflection on a theme, inspirational readings, tea and biscuits. Online £15 or in person its £50 for 3 Sessions and £20 each.
