Come to a Mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion Introductory Taster workshop to find out more about these life changing approaches to wellbeing. The format is workshop style with exercises, discussion, some didactic content and short guided meditations so you can begin to discover hands-on what mindfulness and self-compassion are.

£15.00 per session.

I don’t want anyone to be excluded from these workshops due to cost, so please contact me for concessionary rate.
