BOOKING PROCESS AND TERMS
To apply for a place please complete the following:
1. Read the terms below
2. Fill in the booking form below
3. Pay a deposit of £50, or pay in full.
Please fill out the booking form as fully as possible. I realise the personal nature of some of these questions. Please be assured that the completed forms will be kept entirely confidential.
I will be contacting you once I’ve received your booking for an orientation call to talk through with you what’s involved on the course, answer any questions you may have and to check with you whether it’s the right course at the right time for you.
In the vast majority of cases I will then confirm your place. However, in some circumstances it may not be advisable to engage in training at a particular time in your life (eg in the midst of major upheaval, recent significant bereavement or trauma). In the event that taking the course might not be advisable, a full refund of any monies paid would of course be made.
Once your place is confirmed the £50 deposit is non-refundable. The remaining course fee is to be paid at latest a week before course starts, or by the due date specified for retreats. Fees are non-refundable once the course has started – however if there is a space in a subsequent course it may be possible to repeat the programme.
I am always happy to discuss if you are unsure whether to apply or have any particular queries before doing so. If you have any difficulties during a course it is important that you tell me so I can guide you more effectively. Please also realise that you need to take responsibility for yourself, and seek your own appropriate support if necessary. We can discuss this on the orientation call.
I try to offer a limited number of spaces at reduced fees for those experiencing financial hardship – please feel welcome to ask for more details.
To secure your place on the course please pay either a £50 deposit, or the full amount.
