BOOKING PROCESS AND TERMS
To apply for a place please complete the following:
1. Read the terms below
2. Fill in the booking form below
3. Pay a deposit of £50, or pay in full.
Please fill out the booking form as fully as possible. I realise the personal nature of some of these questions. Please be assured that the completed forms will be kept entirely confidential. Your booking and payment confirm your place unless I consider it may not be advisable to engage in retreat at a particular time (e.g because of a major upheaval in your life, a recent significant bereavement or trauma). In the event that attending the retreat is not advisable, a full refund of any monies paid would of course be made.
All deposits are non-refundable. I will advise you when the full payment is due and also when any full payment becomes non-refundable (this depends on each retreat centres policy).
I am always happy to discuss if you are unsure whether to apply or have any particular queries, so please don’t hesitate to contact me. If you have any difficulties during a retreat it is important that you tell me so I can guide you more effectively. Please also realise that you need to take responsibility for yourself, and seek your own appropriate support if necessary. We can discuss this more if you have concerns.
Most of the retreat fee is for accommodation/full board but I try to offer a limited number of spaces at reduced fees if at all possible for those experiencing financial hardship – please feel welcome to ask for more details.
To secure your place on the course please pay either a £50 deposit, or the full amount.
