I haven’t shared in a few weeks. I’ve been grieving, feeling disoriented for a number of reasons and slowly finding my way. Life goes on but I haven’t wanted to share much. Social media is of course the antithesis of ‘closing’ or going quiet in whatever we can - which we need to! So I thought I’d use this ‘opening’ medium to share its opposite, and encourage you to allow this movement inward, even when the world feels like it’s pushing you to be out. This mindfulness and self-compassion in action. Give yourself a break 🙏🏼❤️ Zoe
