What we do

Go Mindfully runs mindfulness and self-compassion courses and residential retreats in Kingston, Richmond, London, Surrey. Zoe Shobbrook-Fisher also provides counselling, mindfulness teaching supervision and one-to-one mindfulness training in Richmond and Twickenham.

Offering beginner and follow-up courses and ongoing events serving a growing, friendly community of students for whom mindfulness has become an integral part of life. Providing skilled mindfulness at work for businesses and NHS clients.

Established in 2010 by Zoe Shobbrook-Fisher and Jaya Rudgard, Go Mindfully reflects years of personal practice and in-depth training, combining a strong commitment to the integrity of teaching, with a creative and playful touch.
