What we do

Go Mindfully leads mindfulness and mindful self-compassion courses and residential retreats in Kingston, Richmond, London, Surrey. Zoe Shobbrook-Fisher is a senior certified teacher registered with the UK Network of Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training Organisations, providing mindfulness at work for businesses and NHS clients alongside mindfulness teaching supervision for the Mindfulness Network, counselling and one-to-one mindfulness.

Established in 2010 by Zoe Shobbrook-Fisher and Jaya Rudgard, Go Mindfully reflects years of personal practice and in-depth training, combining a strong commitment to the integrity of teaching, with a creative and playful touch. Highly regarded for our skilled professional delivery of mindfulness for both beginners and graduates we serve a thriving community for whom mindfulness and self-compassion has become an integral part of life.
