Go Mindfully is Zoe Shobbrook-Fisher who has been offering mindfulness, mindful self compassion courses and residential retreats in Kingston, Richmond, London, Surrey since 2010.

Her group facilitation, teacher supervision and original form of self-compassion based therapy reflects 25 years of personal practice and in-depth training. Respected for her integrity as well as her warm, creative playful approach Zoe wants to make this heart-based wisdom available to as many people as she can, for their inner freedom and for greater peace in our world.
