Go Mindfully now has a presence in Oxford as well as SW London. Jaya ‘s current Mindful Self-Compassion course is full: a new one will run from late October to mid December – details to be announced.

Jaya has experience of teaching Mindfulness in a variety of formats: if you would like to speak to her about tailoring a course or workshop for your particular group or workplace in the Oxford area please contact us.
Jaya also runs an Insight Meditation group (connected with Oxford Gaia House Retreats) on Mondays at the same venue. Teachings are based mindfulness and other related teachings of early Buddhism but one does not need to be a Buddhist to attend. Many people find this a good way to deepen their mindfulness practice after an eight week course.
