What we do

Go Mindfully runs mindfulness and self-compassion courses and residential retreats in Kingston, Richmond, London, Surrey and Oxford. We also provide counselling, clinical supervision and one-to-one mindfulness training in Richmond and Twickenham.

We offer beginner and follow-up courses and ongoing events serving a growing, friendly community of students for whom mindfulness has become an integral part of life.

Zoe Shobbrook-Fisher and Jaya Rudgard founded Go Mindfully together in 2010. Our teaching is based on many years of personal practice and in-depth training.

We combine a strong commitment to the integrity of our teaching, with a creative and playful touch.
